Is the Free plan a trial?
No. It remains available with no time limit, with 25 products and one menu. No payment card is required.
Can I change plans?
Yes. You can manage your subscription from your account. Changes apply according to the terms shown when you make the change.
Is there a fixed term?
No. Essential and Pro have no fixed term: you can cancel at any time from your account, and access stays active until the end of the period already paid.
What happens to my data after a downgrade?
It is not deleted. If you exceed the limits of your new plan, existing content stays accessible but new additions are blocked until you upgrade again.
How do seasonal menus work?
You set a start date and an end date. The menu activates then expires automatically — ideal for a terrace, a festival or a summer menu.
Monthly or annual: which should I choose?
Monthly offers gradual payments. Annual works out at 10 months billed: €249 excl. VAT for Essential and €499 excl. VAT for Pro.
I am already a customer — does my price change?
No. If you subscribed before these new plans launched, you keep your current price and all your features, with no time limit and no action needed on your part.
